Even though I've known Nova for about a month, during which he acted as my mentor for my training program, he was a true inspiration not only to me but to others as well. Above all, I was impressed with Nova's ability to connect with everyone on a personal scale based on similar interests and hobbies. And, of course, his fascinating enthusiasm and passion for teaching and technology.

Nova used his extensive knowledge to train about 76 newly hired employees. He was extremely patient and was able to successfully teach each employee the foundations of core Java technology. I was very impressed with Nova's professionalism, yet he also maintained a sense of camaraderie with his subordinates. It made for a pleasant learning experience for each of the trainees. I believe that Nova's hard and soft skills would make him an asset to any endeavor that he undertakes.

Nova trained a group of almost 50 people. It impressed me how he managed such a big group of people from different background, skills and that too remotely! His ability to manage while teaching technical skills is one of the key reasons the whole group were able to successfully finish their CRUD project on time.
